We envision a world where education institutions respect and reflect the diversity of the young people they serve in all manners of social location and identity; where adults support young people in developing knowledge of themselves rooted in their strengths, talents and unique bent of genius; and where each young person is seen as a phenomenon with gifts to offer their community.

Studio Construction
and Design

4 Learning is here to help your school or district construct and design a recording studio in a way that sets your organization and students up for success.

Creative Pedagogical Programming

We have over 20 years of experience in designing for-credit learning opportunities through the recording arts and other creative endeavors. We’re here to work with you to reach your students through the music, audio engineering, photography and videography. This work focuses on the student-teacher exchange.

How to Keep it Fresh

In order to excel in this work for as long as we have, we’ve had to remain relevant in the eyes of the youth. We’re here to work with you and your staff in identifying your students’ interests and incorporating those into their learning so that they never feel bored in your school. This work focuses on adult learning so you and your staff feel like masters of the recording arts.

Another Level Records

Another Level Records is the student-run record label at the High School for Recording Arts, the longest-running label of its kind in the world. Student-run record labels serve as a portal to career/technical education and internships. We’ll work with you to get your own student-run record label up and running so students feel empowered to monetize their creativity.
